PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Harrison has extensive experience in complex, commercial litigation and class actions. Her areas of expertise include the following: Domestic Law; Labor and Employment Issues; Insurance Regulatory, Defense, and Claims Coverage; Formation and Governance of Limited Liability Partnerships, Limited Liability Corporation, and Non-Profit Corporations; Risk Retention Group Formation and Compliance; Surplus Lines Insurance; Transportation Law; and Government Relations.  She has aggressively and successfully advocated for her clients in state and federal courts, before state and federal regulatory agencies, in mediations and in arbitrations.

Ms. Harrison began her legal career in a boutique, class action law firm in Washington, D.C. cutting her teeth in the federal court system.  She later moved on to use her experience and expertise as General Counsel for an international transportation trade association for independent drivers. Ms. Harrison’s in-house experience provides her with a unique understanding and knowledge of the corporate world which she uses to benefit her clients when representing them in their labor and employment issues against their employers.  

After six years as general counsel, Ms. Harrison, once again, joined private practice serving as Of Counsel to a large, international firm and to a mid-size regional firm.  

In 2011, Ms. Harrison founded her own firm where she dedicates all of her knowledge, experience, expertise and passion to the service of her clients.
